Social Media Manager – Contract

August 30, 2026

Biondo Creative is built on the idea that social media works best when it sounds like a real brand, not a template. As we grow, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead strategy and content across our client roster, and for Biondo Creative’s own accounts too. If you thrive on momentum, love learning while having fun, and want real ownership from day one, this is your role.

About Biondo Creative

Biondo Creative isn’t interested in transactions. We’re interested in relationships that actually move the needle, for our clients and for the people who work here. We’re a growing, U.S.-based marketing agency out of Yardley, Pennsylvania, delivering web design, SEO, paid advertising, social media, branding, and video for businesses and nonprofits who want real results. We’re remote, but we’re not distant, we show up for each other. And we don’t just want you to do good work here. We want you to grow, learn fast, and actually enjoy the ride.

What We Value

  • Bold Truth: We say what’s real, no spin, no sugarcoating.
  • Drive Results: We chase numbers that matter, own the wins, and own the misses too.
  • Give Big: We go above and beyond for clients and for our community. Every time.
  • Ignite Joy: Work should feel human. We bring energy, not just effort.
  • Lean Forward: We challenge the status quo and build something better instead of settling.
  • Shape Tomorrow: We’d rather set the pace than follow someone else’s.

The Role

You’ll lead the social presence for a roster of clients across different industries, plus help manage and grow Biondo Creative’s own social accounts, switching voice and strategy from account to account without losing what makes each one distinct. This isn’t about chasing every trend. You’ll run A/B tests, watch what the data says, and keep content aligned with each brand’s voice, not just whatever’s popular that week. Everything starts with defining our clients’ goals, identifying measures of success, and building strategies that tie directly to those goals and measures. You’ll partner closely with our designers and video editors, and with me, on what’s working and what needs to change.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage monthly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and whatever platform matters next. Social media doesn’t sit still, and neither do we.
  • Write captions and coordinate content that sounds like each client, not like a template, and do the same for Biondo Creative’s own accounts.
  • Run A/B tests and use the results to guide what we post, not just gut instinct or what’s trending.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and flag anything that needs attention.
  • Look at what competitors are doing and bring that intelligence back into our strategy, not just our execution.
  • Pull together monthly reporting that shows clients real results, not just vanity metrics.
  • Partner with our designers and video editors to keep content fresh and on brand.
  • Shoot and edit video content yourself when a project calls for it, using CapCut or a comparable tool.
  • Occasionally join client visits and on-site meetings, and travel to client locations to capture content when needed. Comfort with a camera, an understanding of different formats, and the ability to get a professional result out of whatever equipment is on hand all matter here, along with real attention to detail on sound, video, and lighting.
  • Help support and manage profiles that aren’t always thought of as “social,” like Google Business Profile, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, keeping them active and accurate alongside the core platforms.
  • Help train clients and their staff on social best practices, so they can execute locally and supplement the work we do.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years managing social media for multiple brands or clients, agency experience a plus.
  • Strong writing skills and an eye for what makes content actually perform, not just what’s trendy.
  • A real understanding of social strategy: setting goals, defining measures of success, and building a plan around them, not just execution.
  • Comfortable with native scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, plus scheduling platforms like Metricool or Sprout Social.
  • Some experience shooting and editing video, CapCut or similar, and comfortable with a camera and basic lighting and audio setup.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to adapt tone and voice across very different clients and industries.
  • Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok to move faster and work smarter.

You’ll Thrive Here If

  • You genuinely enjoy the work, not just the metrics behind it.
  • You can tell a story in a caption instead of just announcing something.
  • You think in strategy, not just trends. You’d rather run a test and learn from it than chase whatever’s going viral this week.
  • You’re curious about how other disciplines make social stronger, like weaving SEO and the right keywords into the copy we write for clients.
  • You’re comfortable being the person behind the camera, not just behind the keyboard.
  • Attention to detail matters to you, whether that’s a caption, a posting schedule, or how a shot looks and sounds.

This Might Not Be the Right Fit If

  • You’d rather manage one consistent brand voice than several distinct ones.
  • Reporting and analytics feel like an afterthought to you.
  • You’d rather post what’s trending than test what actually works for the brand.
  • You want your role to stay narrowly defined and aren’t interested in picking up adjacent skills like SEO or design.

Compensation & Logistics

Contract, part-time to start. Remote, with occasional local client visits and on-site content shoots. Rate based on experience and client load, with room to expand into a hybrid role that includes light paid social support.

How to Apply

Tell us why you are right for this role, and why now is the right time for you to make this move. Send a short note on your experience, a couple of examples of accounts you’ve managed, and your resume to talent@biondocreative.com. Skip the generic cover letter, and skip the AI-generated one too. We want to hear your voice, not a chatbot’s version of it.
