Biondo Creative is built on the idea that paid search should be judged by results, not impressions. As we grow, we’re looking for a Paid Search Specialist to own our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts, turning ad spend into real, trackable ROI for a growing roster of clients. If you thrive on momentum, love learning while having fun, and want real ownership from day one, this is your role.
About Biondo Creative
Biondo Creative isn’t interested in transactions. We’re interested in relationships that actually move the needle, for our clients and for the people who work here. We’re a growing, U.S.-based marketing agency out of Yardley, Pennsylvania, delivering web design, SEO, paid advertising, social media, branding, and video for businesses and nonprofits who want real results. We’re remote, but we’re not distant, we show up for each other. And we don’t just want you to do good work here. We want you to grow, learn fast, and actually enjoy the ride.
What We Value
- Bold Truth: We say what’s real, no spin, no sugarcoating.
- Drive Results: We chase numbers that matter, own the wins, and own the misses too.
- Give Big: We go above and beyond for clients and for our community. Every time.
- Ignite Joy: Work should feel human. We bring energy, not just effort.
- Lean Forward: We challenge the status quo and build something better instead of settling.
- Shape Tomorrow: We’d rather set the pace than follow someone else’s.
The Role
You’ll manage a roster of client Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts, with real autonomy over the day-to-day optimization calls and real accountability for the results clients see. This isn’t a role where you set a campaign and walk away. You’ll dig into the data, test relentlessly, and treat every account like it’s your own budget on the line.
What You’ll Do
- Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Manage Google Local Service Ads accounts for clients where lead volume and trust signals matter most.
- Conduct keyword research, expansion, and ongoing negative keyword management to keep spend focused on what converts.
- Write and test ad copy, extensions, and audience targeting to continually improve performance.
- Manage budgets and pacing across a roster of client accounts, watching spend as closely as you watch results.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, so every dollar can be traced to a result.
- Build clear, honest reporting that shows clients what’s working and what we’re changing next.
- Partner with our SEO Specialist and Social Media Manager to keep paid, organic, and social strategy aligned.
- Stay current on platform changes and bring new opportunities to clients before they ask.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience; Microsoft Ads experience a plus. Google Ads certification preferred.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and budgets at the same time.
- Comfort with data: you can read GA4 and Google Tag Manager reporting and explain what it means in plain English.
- Working knowledge of SEO and how paid and organic search work together.
- Experience advertising on other platforms like Amazon is a nice bonus, and it’s a bonus on top of a bonus if you’ve also managed Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn ads.
- A track record of results you can point to, not just platforms you’ve touched.
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok to move faster and work smarter.
You’ll Thrive Here If
- You like owning outcomes, not just executing tasks.
- You can explain a campaign decision to a client without jargon.
- You want a role with real autonomy and real accountability.
- You treat every dollar of client spend like it’s your own.
This Might Not Be the Right Fit If
- You need constant direction on strategy and targeting decisions.
- You’re only comfortable with one platform and don’t want to grow into others.
- You’d rather set a campaign and check back next month than optimize regularly.
Compensation & Logistics
Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings or on-site work as needed. Rate based on experience and scope.
How to Apply
Tell us why you are right for this role, and why now is the right time for you to make this move. Send a short note on your experience, a couple of results you’re proud of, and your resume to talent@biondocreative.com. Skip the generic cover letter, and skip the AI-generated one too. We want to hear your voice, not a chatbot’s version of it.
