Biondo Creative is built on the idea that great content should sound like a real brand, not a search algorithm’s idea of one. As we grow, we’re looking for a Content Writer to create web content, blog posts, and SEO-driven copy for a roster of clients across different industries. If you thrive on momentum, love learning while having fun, and want real ownership from day one, this is your role.
About Biondo Creative
Biondo Creative isn’t interested in transactions. We’re interested in relationships that actually move the needle, for our clients and for the people who work here. We’re a growing, U.S.-based marketing agency out of Yardley, Pennsylvania, delivering web design, SEO, paid advertising, social media, branding, and video for businesses and nonprofits who want real results. We’re remote, but we’re not distant, we show up for each other. And we don’t just want you to do good work here. We want you to grow, learn fast, and actually enjoy the ride.
What We Value
- Bold Truth: We say what’s real, no spin, no sugarcoating.
- Drive Results: We chase numbers that matter, own the wins, and own the misses too.
- Give Big: We go above and beyond for clients and for our community. Every time.
- Ignite Joy: Work should feel human. We bring energy, not just effort.
- Lean Forward: We challenge the status quo and build something better instead of settling.
- Shape Tomorrow: We’d rather set the pace than follow someone else’s.
The Role
You’ll write web content, blog posts, and service pages for a roster of clients, blending SEO best practices with writing that actually sounds like a person wrote it. You’ll partner closely with our SEO Specialist on keyword and topic strategy, and with clients directly to understand their voice and goals.
What You’ll Do
- Write clear, accurate, and compelling web content, blog posts, and service pages for a roster of clients.
- Conduct keyword and topic research alongside our SEO Specialist to guide what gets written and why.
- Optimize content for search: titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and image alt text, without losing the human voice.
- Interview stakeholders and review brand materials to understand each client’s voice, audience, and goals.
- Edit and proofread for grammar, clarity, and consistency before anything goes live.
- Update and refresh existing content to keep it accurate and competitive.
- Fact-check claims and cite sources where it matters.
- Work within WordPress and tools like Rank Math to publish and optimize content directly.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of professional writing experience, content marketing or SEO writing preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with real attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and how content and search strategy work together.
- Comfort working in WordPress and SEO plugins like Rank Math or Yoast.
- Ability to adapt tone and voice across very different clients and industries.
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok as a research and drafting aid, while still doing the real thinking and writing yourself.
You’ll Thrive Here If
- You can make a technical or dry topic genuinely interesting to read.
- You take feedback well and iterate quickly without losing the quality of the work.
- You want to grow with a small business, not disappear into a big one.
- You care about accuracy as much as you care about a good sentence.
This Might Not Be the Right Fit If
- You’d rather write one thing the same way every time than adapt voice across clients.
- You lean on AI tools to write for you instead of using them to work smarter.
- SEO feels like a constraint on your writing instead of part of the craft.
Compensation & Logistics
Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings or on-site work as needed. Rate based on experience and scope.
How to Apply
Tell us why you are right for this role, and why now is the right time for you to make this move. Send a short note on your experience, a couple of writing samples you’re proud of, and your resume to talent@biondocreative.com. Skip the generic cover letter, and skip the AI-generated one too. We want to hear your voice, not a chatbot’s version of it.
